Returns & Exchanges

It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it facilitates the process considerably.
Items returned within 30 days of when shipment was received will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Sale items and engraved items are final sale, non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition. Items not returned in the original product packaging will not receive full credit and a repackaging fee of $5.00 will be charged.
If you need to return an item, please log into your account. If you did not create an account, please create an account using the same email you used at the time of purchase. Your order will connect to your account as long as you use the same email from the original purchase and you will be able to begin your return. Then you can click on "START RETURN" (Domestic Customers Only) to print a return label - if you are returning your order $3 will be deducted from your total to cover the return postage.
International Customers: By placing an order at Mister, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Mister. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization prior to returning your items if you live outside of the United States. If your item is for exchange return postage is paid by Mister.

Include your original order sheet and make a note as to what you'd like for your item - store credit, refund or exchange. If exchange, please note what you'd like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Once your item has been received, we will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the items. Once processed, an email will be sent to your email used with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information.
