It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it facilitates the process considerably. Items returned within 30 days of when shipment was received will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
1) Shipping & Handling is not refundable.
2) Sale items and engraved items are final sale, non-refundable.
3) Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition.
4) Items not returned in the original product packaging will not receive full credit and a repackaging fee of $5.00 will be charged.
5) Domestic customers can reprint a return shipping label and if you are returning your order $3 will be deducted from your total to cover the return postage.
