RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Our number one priority is customer satisfaction. With our easy return/exchange policy, we will gladly accept any new/unworn item within 30 days from the day of delivery for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. All returns must include their original packaging, unworn and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.
*Note: There are NO returns or exchanges on engraved products, 14kt gold, earrings, sale items, or collectibles/toys.
*Note: Customers located on military bases and outside of the United States are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

How long does my return or exchange take to process?
From when we have recevied your return or exchange, processing can take up to 7 business days.
How long does my refund take to process?
Please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for the funds to reappear back into your account.

How do I track my order?
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not generally shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Some items are MADE TO ORDER. These items will have a note listed under the description that they are made to order and approximately how long it takes for them to ship.
If you choose to have one of your items engraved, it can take up to 5 business days to be customized and shipped. If you purchased other items that are not to be engraved, they will ship once your engraved item is ready and your order will be sent all together. Engraved items are final sale.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
My order won't go through - what should I do?
If you receive an error message, please double check your credit card information & billing and shipping address are all correct.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties? (International Customers)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Mister cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Mister, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mister. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

How do I care for my jewelry?
With the proper care, your Misetr SFC jewelry can last a long time.
Pierced and non-pierced earrings:
Most of our earrings will be made from surgical stainless steel, unless otherwise stated, and is great for those with mild skin sensitivity. Please remove before showering, swimming, working out, sleeping etc. Read the recommendations below for bonded/plated jewelry for more information.
We suggest for you to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and swimming. Gold Vermeil can tarnish when it comes in contact with lotions, hair products or cologne/perfumes. Avoid harsh chemicals such as jewelry cleaners, polishing clothes, oil or bleach, as they can affect the finish of your gold vermeil and plated jewelry. To keep your jewelry looking fresh, store your jewelry in a dry place(do not store your jewelry in the bathroom), keep in a dry clean sealed plastic bag or dry cloth bag.
Gold Bonded & Plated Jewelry:
With the appropriate care, you can prolong the lifespan of your pieces and get more wear out of your gold bonded jewelry. It cannot be said exactly how long the plating will last – there are many factors that come into play when determining the lifespan of a plated piece. Please remove before showering, swimming, working out, sleeping etc.
Remove your jewelry at night - do not sleep with your bonded/plated jewelry on! Nightly perspiration and the extended rubbing against the skin will cause the plating to wear faster. Avoid harsh chemicals such as jewelry cleaners, polishing clothes, oil or bleach, as they can affect the finish of your gold bonded/plated jewelry. Clean your items often to maintain shine and remove the sweat and dirt that will accumulate with average wear. Use a lightly damp cloth, and gently wipe down your item, use a clean towel to dry. To clean chains and necklaces, hold the piece by the clasp, do not tug at the chain to avoid rupturing the clasp.
Solid 14KT Gold:
Solid gold (14KT gold) is a precious metal that will not oxidize or discolor since it is the least reactive metal. 14KT gold scratches less and doesn't bend or wear out as easily as 18KT. To maintain your 14KT gold, scrub lightly with warm water and a soft cloth.
Jewelry with Rhinstones:
For jewelry that contains rhinestones swipe the item gently, do not rub. Make sure to be careful around the corners or prongs that can catch on to your towel and damage or break loose one of your stones.

Due to items being custom, these products require up to an additinal 5 business days to fulfill and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & other recongized major credit cards. You also have the option to pay with Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
How do I send a gift card?
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a Mister SFC gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.
Does you offer discounts or coupons?
Mister SFC does offer discounts on occasion. Be the first to know about any discounts or promotions by signing up for our newsletter or sms text. Only one promo/discount code can be applied to each order, no exceptions. Discount codes or promos cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed or shipped. There are exclusions that apply unless otherwise stated.
*Note: 14KT gold items are excluded from all discount codes and promotions.
Are there any disclaimers?
We make solid efforts in making sure all information on our site is accurate. We reserve the right to reject any orders that we deem suspicious for reasons including but not limited to inaccurate card information, fraudulent orders, orders generated from black listed IP address, etc or that contain typos/incorrect information.
