RETURN POLICY - BY PLACING AN ORDER AT MISTER, YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR RETURN POLICY STATED BELOW.
It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it facilitates the process considerably. Items returned within 14 days of when shipment was received will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
*ALL SALE, COLLECTIBLES & TOYS, EARRINGS, 14KT GOLD, CUSTOM, PRESALE & ENGRAVED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NON-REFUNDABLE. NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
1) Shipping & Handling is not refundable.
2) All sale, toys/collectibles, earrings, 14kt gold, presale items, custom and engraved items are final sale, non-refundable & nonexchangeable.
3) Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition.
4) Items not returned in the original product packaging will not receive full credit and a repackaging fee of $5.00 will be charged.
5) Domestic customers can print out a prepaid shipping label. If you are returning your order $3 will be deducted from your total to cover the return postage.
6) Returned items paid with Klarna - Try Now & Pay Later or Slice It. pay over time with Klarna, will be charged a 4% restocking fee.

International Customers: By placing an order at Mister, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Mister. Please contact us at email@example.com for return authorization prior to returning your items if you live outside of the United States.
If you do not wish to create an account, please ship your item(s) back to our address below. Make sure you add tracking/confirmation so we can verify it was delivered to us and we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Include your original order sheet and make a note as to what you'd like for your item - store credit, refund or exchange. If exchange, please note what you'd like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Once your item has been received, we will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the items. Once processed, an email will be sent to your email used with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information.
